About the Director
Deepanshi Nandi is an accomplished Environmental Engineer turned HR leader and an award winning Executive & Personal Development Coach, bringing over 14 years of expertise in coaching, academia and HR consulting. She has worked extensively with Indian and multinational startups, helping them build high-performing and resilient teams. Her close professional collaborations with industry leaders and C-suite executives across diverse sectors—ranging from Education, Construction, Manufacturing, IT, Packaging, Logistics, and Refractory—enriches the value she brings to Thoughts Spectroscopy.
In her pursuit of learning, she also had an opportunity to get mentored by Judith DeLozier, the first lady of NLP. She is also trained in Hypnosis by Michael Beale, UK’s No.1 Business Coach. An ICF accredited coach, NLP & Emotional Intelligence Master Practitioner and Trainer, Deepanshi has impacted the lives of over 7,500 clients through her coaching practice. Her work is especially noteworthy in advancing women empowerment, mentoring women across the nation to achieve their aspirations and break barriers.
Deepanshi’s contributions extend beyond coaching and consulting. She actively mentors startups under government incubation centers, offering guidance to emerging businesses. She has held prominent leadership roles, including serving as State President for the Uttar Pradesh Training & Development Council – WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry). Currently, she is the National President of WICCI’s Environment and Reforestation Council, reflecting her dedication to environmental sustainability.
